Welcome to Yippo India. The terms “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Yippo India.

These Terms of Service, together with the policies referenced herein, explain your rights and responsibilities when using our Services.

Yippo India reserves the right to accept, reject, limit or cancel an order at its discretion, including in cases involving:

• Delivery-service limitations

• Unusually large quantities

• Orders apparently intended for unauthorised resale

An order is accepted only after we confirm its acceptance. For prepaid orders, payment must be successfully received or authorised before the order can be processed.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we may contact you to verify the order before dispatch. Failure to complete verification may result in the order being placed on hold or cancelled.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has been confirmed or dispatched, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation or modification requests.

If we reject, modify or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you through the email address, telephone number or billing information provided at checkout.

Purchases are eligible for return or refund only in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

You confirm that products purchased from our website are intended for personal or household use and not for unauthorised commercial resale or export.

Section 4 — Prices, Payments and Billing

When using a credit card, debit card, UPI account or another payment method, you represent that:

• You are authorised to use the selected payment method

• The payment provider will honour the transaction

• You will pay all properly disclosed charges associated with the order

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. We do not directly control their services, availability or security procedures.

Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect or incomplete addresses, payment or order-verification delays, weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and an active telephone number. Additional delivery charges may apply if an order must be shipped again because the customer provided incorrect information, refused delivery or was repeatedly unavailable.

Please inspect your package upon delivery. Damaged, defective or incorrect products must be reported within the period stated in our Return and Refund Policy.

Section 6 — Intellectual Property

The Services and their content—including trademarks, trade names, logos, product names, text, photographs, graphics, illustrations, videos, audio, reviews, page layouts and website design—are owned by or licensed to Yippo India and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Shopify’s name, trademarks and branding belong to Shopify. Other names and marks appearing through the Services belong to their respective owners.

We may provide access to tools or services supplied by third parties that we do not monitor or control.

Such tools are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties, representations or endorsements from Yippo India.

Your use of an optional third-party tool is at your own discretion and risk. Before using it, you should review and accept the applicable provider’s terms and privacy practices.

Yippo India is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce infrastructure used to deliver our Services.

However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Yippo India. Shopify is not the seller of the products offered by Yippo India.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for sales made between you and Yippo India or for injury, loss or damage resulting from products purchased from us.

Nothing in this section excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Section 10 — Privacy Policy

Personal information collected through our Services is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Certain information may also be processed under the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.

Because Shopify hosts our store, Shopify may collect and process information regarding your access to and use of the Services. Information submitted through our website may also be transmitted to Shopify and other service providers, including providers located outside your country, where necessary to deliver the Services.

Section 11 — Feedback, Reviews and Submissions

If you submit reviews, photographs, suggestions, ideas, feedback, proposals or other content to us, you grant Yippo India a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute and display that content for purposes connected with operating, improving and promoting our Services.

• Your submission is accurate and not deliberately misleading

• You have disclosed any incentive or compensation received for the submission
